Enterprise Operations Manager
The Enterprise Operations Manager will provide service support at HQ USSOCOM (MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida), HQ United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC, Ft Bragg, North Carolina), United States Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC, Hurlburt Field, Fort Walton Beach, Florida), United States Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina), and HQ United States Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPEC, Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, San Diego, California).
The Enterprise Operations Manager focus:
· Act as the main communications and planning facilitator between the software vendor (Permuta Technologies), the project team members and the Government customer
· Manage and monitor all team members
· Identify and implement continuous process improvement for system and team processes based on existing and emerging requirements
· Provide project management encompassing workforce assignment as well as change and communication management
· Monitor and control project costs within contract constraints
· Manage employee timekeeping and reporting requirements
· Attend Senior level meetings as a subject matter expert
· Answers Requests for Information regarding the current systems
· Provide as-needed problem resolution and incident support
Required Skills:
· The Enterprise Operations Manager shall be multifaceted in not only the DefenseReadyTM application, but also the inter-dependent software that ensures the full capabilities of DefenseReadyTM. Besides in-depth knowledge in DefenseReadyTM, the member should also have experience in the following:
· All Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project
· A strong knowledge of SOF personnel and human resources functions
· The SOCOM SIE
· Familiar with J6 Business Process and Coordination
· Be willing to travel to TSOCs and Components
Qualifications:
· Project Management experience for geographically dispersed workforces
· Ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities
· Strong writing and presentation skills are required
· Ability to communicate at various levels from team member to C-level leadership
· Staffing and personnel management experience required
· Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent experience
· AGILE experience required
· PMP plus 8 years of relevant experience
Location: MacDill, AFB
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Travel: Travel to the TSOCs and Components will be as required for all member on this Contract to ensure task execution and reporting.

This position is offering a salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
