Job Summary:

A(n) AV/VTC Project Lead job in Joint Base Andrews, MD is currently available through Belcan at one of our key defense clients.  To be considered for this role, you will have a Security + certification and 10 years of relevant experience. 

 

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Performs troubleshooting of VTC and conference room equipment and executes repair or initiates trouble ticket to appropriate office for support of components and connections external to the site VTC system.
  • Performs routine testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations are operating at optimal performance and capacity.
  • Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolations.
  • Schedules AV/VTC sessions, maintains a call schedule and coordinates reservations and scheduling of AV/VTC services
  • Performs setups, tests, adjustments, operations, and shutdowns of equipment in support of AV/VTC sessions.
  • Provides client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of the audio/ visual and VTC equipment.
  • Oversees Team of AV/VTC Technicians
  • Prepare monthly status reports for customer.
  • Company reporting requirements and Program Reviews

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in AV system maintenance/repair including but not limited to cable termination, reading drawings, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and customer interaction 
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance 
  • 10 years' experience 
  • IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Cisco Experience 
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $110,000-$125,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
