Job Summary:

A(n) AV/VTC Project Lead  job at Joint Base Andrews, MD  is currently available through Belcan at one of our key Air National Guard clients.  To be considered for this role, you will have a IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE) , and 5 + years of relevant experience. 

Job Duties:

• Performs troubleshooting and maintenance of all AV/VTC equipment, executing repair or initiate trouble ticket to appropriate office for support.
• Schedules AV/VTC sessions, maintains a call schedule and coordinates reservations and scheduling of AV/VTC services.
• Produce standard operating procedures and provide training on the control, interfaces, and use of the AV/VTC equipment.
• Provides troubleshooting and maintenance to the VTC Network and all associated server equipment.
• Oversees Team of AV/VTC Technicians
• Prepare monthly status reports for customer.
• Prepare Company reporting requirements and Program Reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in AV system maintenance/repair including but not limited to cable termination, reading drawings, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and customer interaction.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of audiovisual maintenance experience
• 2+ years Supervisory experience
• CTS Certified
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)

• Cisco Experience 
• BA/BS Degree
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
• CTS-I Certified
• 10 years of audiovisual experience
