Job Duties: |
· Performs troubleshooting of VTC and conference room equipment and executes repair or initiates trouble ticket to appropriate office for support of components and connections external to the site VTC system. · Performs routine testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations are operating at optimal performance and capacity. · Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolations. · Schedules AV/VTC sessions, maintains a call schedule and coordinates reservations and scheduling of AV/VTC services · Performs setups, tests, adjustments, operations, and shutdowns of equipment in support of AV/VTC sessions. · Provides client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of the audio/ visual and VTC equipment. · Experience in AV system maintenance/repair including but not limited to cable termination, reading drawings, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and customer interaction · Active DoD Secret Clearance · 2-5 years experience · IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) Preferred: · Cisco Experience · AA Degree · Active DoD Top Secret Clearance |
Required Qualifications: |
· Experience in AV system maintenance/repair including but not limited to cable termination, reading drawings, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and customer interaction · Active DoD Secret Clearance · 2-5 years experience · IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) |
Preferred Qualifications & Skills: · Cisco Experience · AA Degree · Active DoD Top Secret Clearance |
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of 70,000-75,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
