Required Qualifications: |
-Experience leading a team of 5+ IT Engineers in support of mixed use WAN environment of 200+ servers, 1000+ end users with varied OS, hardware, and cloud services -Experience reporting to and consulting with management on multiple ongoing projects incorporating different teams and stakeholders -Experience designing, configuring, and deploying IT solutions from scratch from customer requirements -Experience managing hardware and software lifecycles -Experience administering MS Azure and MS O365 tenants -Experience designing and administering Active Directory (AD), Authentication, and Identity Provider infrastructure, including AD Federation Services (ADFS) -Detailed understanding and facility with MS AD Group Policy -Experience developing response strategies and plans for CISA Alerts and Advisories -Experience designing and reconfiguring systems to comply with STIG recommendations -Experience designing, configuring and managing monitoring and alerting systems |
Preferred Qualifications & Skills: |
-Experience administering Exchange Online -Experience with MS Intune, Azure Sentinel -Experience serving as Subject Matter Expert for storage technologies -Experience using Powershell to achieve organizational IT goals -Experience being on-call for urgent or high-priority incidents, problems, and projects -Experience forecasting technology trends and working with management to develop adaptation plans -Experience designing, configuring and deploying network hardware including intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and NAC appliances |
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $115,000 t0 $135,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
