Data Integration Engineer
Data integration engineer is responsible for ensuring that data from multiple sources is properly integrated into a single system. The job responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing ETL jobs
- Optimizing data for extraction and reporting use
- Managing complicated databases by performing suitable database management functions
- Performing and overseeing data loading operations
- Generating functional and technical documentation, such as data integration architecture flows, source to target mappings, and test plans
Capabilities
- Familiarity with ETL processes for data normalization, improving data quality and accessibility
- Experience with SQL, Python, and ETL tools. Skilled in scripting with one or more languages (Java Script, Java, Python, etc.)
- Manage data flow and platforms
- Develop and maintain data integration pipelines to consolidate disparate data
- Proven problem-solving skills
- A talent for enhancements of the security, usability, performance, maintainability, and scalability of the environment
- A commitment to continuous learning and mentorship with a willingness to share knowledge growing the team's capabilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
