Field Service Representative: 


You will work with customers around the globe, where you gain rare insight into the worlds most important industries and institutions. Each mission presents different challenges, from the regulatory environment to the nature of the data to the user population. You will work to accommodate all aspects of an environment to drive real outcomes for our customers.

The FSR Analyst should be able to take a single, relatively vague government requirement into several, more specific requirements. This will require very deep knowledge of core Client/targeting workflows, knowledge of how these workflows are executed currently, and knowledge of targeting systems.

The FSR Analyst will then be turning each requirement into a system view diagram, using government systems and partner hardware. The FSR Analyst will assist in designing/documenting how users will execute key workflows, and help scope product work where the platform doesn't yet support workflows. The FSR Analyst will incorporate feedback on a weekly basis.

  Requirements: 
- TS/SCI
- Advanced experience as a conventional intelligence analyst
- Knowledge of target workflows and single source INT analysis
- Knowledge of data collection methods
- Knowledge of Palantir strongly preferred Gaia and Titanium
- Ability to learn new tech quickly & speak credibly about them
- Ability to conduct formal and informal training sessions on Palantir tech
- Conduct proactive outreach and engagement with user groups
- Communicate clearly
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site and communicate with engineering team/NOC
- Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
- Skill and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.
- Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and interest to travel as needed.

This position is offering a salary range of $125,000-135,000 per year depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
