Junior Salesforce Administrator (SFA)

Job Summary:
We are searching for a Junior Salesforce Administrator (SFA) to join our Growth Operations team. The Junior SFA support the configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce system, contributing to data governance efforts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of our Salesforce environment. As the lead for Salesforce, the selected candidate will not only be responsible for maintaining the system and developing new functionalities but will also provide assistance with data management and reporting best practices. This role reports to the Vice President of Growth Operations and collaborates closely with the BD Directors and LOB Leadership. 
Job Duties:
  • Acts as an administrator of the Salesforce database, including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields and objects, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management
  • Perform administrator functions such as user profiles, roles, and permissions, storage and backup management, as well as cleanup and updates of unused fields and objects
  • Engage in data conversion and implementation and develop business processes with relevant stakeholders
  • Clean, validate, and import different data sets into Salesforce
  • Serve as the internal liaison with external salesforce consultants/developers as applicable
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and roll out new functionalities as appropriate
  • Manage organization-wide software releases 
  • Manage Salesforce licenses distribution 
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in customizing Salesforce or comparable CRM customizations
  • Experience with building dashboards via a variety of data visualization tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the capability to articulate data management strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct meetings with senior leadership
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under strict deadlines
  • Ability to be proactive and think strategically across multiple, concurrent projects
  • A problem-solver that is solution-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks



 Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $75,000-110,000 per year.  Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
