DefenseReady TM Unit Specialist (DRUS)-SOCCENT

The DRUS will provide on-site and remote end-user support to other SOF DefenseReady users. Specifically, the Unit Specialist will focus on:
  • Quick Reference Guides for End-Users.
  • Training to unit personnel on all aspects of the DefenseReadyTM application.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Coordination with higher and lower echelons to ensure DefenseReadyTM priority of effort in accordance with Command guidance.
  • Supplement/assist military and government civilians to enter data required for use in DefenseReadyTM.
  • Assist the military and government civilians to develop local DefenseReadyTM related standard operating procedures and business practices within units.
  • Proactively engage and demonstrate the capabilities of DefenseReadyTM.
  • On-Site Incident Support.
  • Build dashboards as requested by units.
  • Maintain lessons learned.
  • Manage users' permissions.
  • Provide on-site support to include, but not limited to, operational issues, training, data insertion/integrity at the unit HQ and their sub-units.

  • On-Site Support: The contractor shall provide support to include, but not limited to, operational issues, training, data insertion/integrity at the unit HQ and their sub-units. The contractor shall provide on-site support to ensure the software is running optimally; perform data mapping/data integrity, implement additional software modules at each location.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $60,000 to $72,000 . Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to, education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off, including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
