A Technical Program Manager job in Location is currently available at Belcan supporting one of our key Client Type Here
clients. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
driving large-scale, cross-functional hardware and software programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally with cyber
security architects, cloud engineers, network engineers and program leads. Experience defining and managing project plans for key
initiatives, including execution, tracking, and reporting of program work, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks,
and mitigation plans is preferred. You will report status to customers, partners and senior management, and ensure
alignment with business objectives.
Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success criteria 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets 
  • Manage dependencies, milestones, and critical paths 
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams
  • Understand system design, APIs, data flows, and integration points (not coding, but fluent)
  • Identify technical risks and guide mitigation strategies
  • Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues
  • Run root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Escalate blockers with clear impact assessments and recommendations

Process & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, or hybrid methodologies
  • Maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, status reports)
  • Support audits, compliance, and change management processes
  • Improve delivery processes and tooling over time
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade‑offs to executives and stakeholders
  • Balance competing priorities across product, engineering, and operations
  • Facilitate decision‑making when technical or resource conflicts arise
 

 Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $155,000-165,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
