- Supervise the management and configuration of virtualized and cloud environments.
- Ensure that the installation and configuration of servers are complete.
- Determine root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.
- Oversees solutions repository and ensure top quality solutions are available to the staff. Develop an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer IT support in the organization.
- Advise management on situations that may require additional client support or escalation. Manage process for communicating outage/emergency activities to the organization.
- Oversees and ensure the install, configure, automation, and monitoring of various cloud and non-cloud services are to the customers specifications.
- Work closely with a team of architects, engineers, and developers to create functional design specifications, AWS reference architectures, and assist with other project deliverables as needed.
- Design state-of-the-art technical solutions on AWS and non AWS that address customer's requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as needed or assigned.

- Must be a U.S. citizen and possess at minimum an Interim Secret clearance.
- Must be able to obtain an IAT-II certification within the first 90 days of hire
- BS or BA preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in a managing of cloud and or physical virtual environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of tactical and enterprise applications specific to the client, (Active Directory, SharePoint, CPCE, DDS, C2I.).
- Strong technical knowledge in CSP IaaS or equivalent- governance, network, security, identity, compute, storage, backup and DR, monitoring and automation.
- Understanding of PaaS and DevOps solutions is a must.
- Hands-on experience in POC and production deployments is required in CSP.
- Knowledge of scripting tools such as PowerShell, Terraform CLI is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively.
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management, and developers).
- Strong technical expertise in GCP IaaS or equivalent - Governance, network, security, identity, compute, storage, backup and DR, monitoring and automation.
- Experience with Big Data
- Understanding of PaaS and DevOps solutions is a must.
Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of 140,000-150,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
