Job Summary:
The Junior Software Developer will be part of a team supporting custom applications for the United States Special Operations Command on MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa FL. This is an entry level role that will be responsible for software development as well as providing tier one operations support to users of custom software and SharePoint online. The role is a hybrid remote/onsite role. The candidate must be based in Tampa in order to support requirements and issues onsite as they arise, to include unplanned support.
Job Duties:
  • 0-3 years of experience as a software developer
  • Experience with C# and .NET Framework
  • Familiarity with application modernization, to include testing and implementation
  • Familiarity with package manager software to handle common tasks
  • Provide Tier 1 operations support to internal/external users of custom software and SharePoint
Required Qualifications:
  • BS in related field; 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI Clearance
  • Possess a minimum of Security+



 Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
