Job Duties: |
- Responsible for release package design, build and configuration
- Deals with release package testing to predefined acceptance criteria
- Responsible for distribution and the installation of packaged software
- Manage monthly patching process
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly compliance reports
- Work with the Gallery's Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to establish paths to remedy identified vulnerabilities
- Administration of LANDesk and Casper servers
- Troubleshoot failed patching attempts on both Windows and Mac's

Required Qualifications: |
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Ability to document and log work
- Knowledge in Microsoft and OSX business applications
- Proficient knowledge in Windows OS and Mac OSX for computers and servers
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify, research, and resolve simple to moderately complex technical support issues independently
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
