Job Duties: |
Provide escalation support from Tier I & Tier II team members, as well as providing troubleshooting & deskside support to federal & contract employees in a Windows-based environment. You will be working in an environment that requires strong communication skills, focusing on customers & exceeding in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision. - Identify, troubleshoot, & resolve any hardware, software or other technical issues.
- Possess Five-or-more years of experience in a Windows environment provisioning (imaging, configuring, installing software), deploying, & troubleshooting.
- Possess proficient troubleshooting skills & the ability to resolve issues efficiently & effectively while minimizing the downtime to end users.
- Be able to professionally & effectively communicate with a dynamic customer base, in a high paced, Headquarters-focused environment.
- Can support PCs/Desktop/Laptop users & resolving any issues with Microsoft, Adobe, Word, Office, PowerPoint or any other deployed software.
- Skilled at resolving problems through customer education, training & direct assistance.
- Adept at providing phone & in-person support to users for various systems, including e-mail, user account administration, active directory, standard desktop images & applications.
- Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, & printer problems.

Required Qualifications: |
- Must be able to obtain & maintain an NRC Public Trust Security clearance; Active clearance is a huge plus.
- Possess at least one of the following certifications: A+, Net+, Sec+
- Possess an ITIL v4 Foundations certification.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: |
- Possess some additional IT Certs, such as: MTA, MCSA, or MCSE.
- Possess a certification with ServiceNow

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $30.00-$32.00 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
